Project Management, Training and Instructional Design Support
Cyber Synergy is tasked with working collaboratively with the NTC project team to provide a full range of training, operational, analytic and logistic services. The services range from Program Management Office (PMO) support services to training material design and development, including data analysis of examinations, analysis of NTC operational processes and recommending change management strategies to enhance the underlying business processes and procedures. Cyber Synergy also provides support related to the ongoing operation of the technical environment and enhancements to the technology, such as enhancing MS Access databases and developing SharePoint workflows to streamline the business process, enhance tracking and documentation capabilities and provide more operational controls and consistency in service
IT Certification Training – CompTIA, Windows and Cisco
Cyber Synergy is providing IT Certification Training in support of Carolina Community College. The curriculum includes, but is not limited to CompTIA, Microsoft Office Windows, and CISCO. With over 90% of its student’s being veterans, Cyber Synergy is executing high-impact classes to facilitate the transition from military to a civilian IT career. Our team takes pride in offering services to our military; hence, the reason student mentoring begins at the onset of classes, continues through program completion and extends to full career transition. The team is proud to acknowledge our impeccable record of delivering courses on time and with high customer satisfaction has allowed the team to be recognized by Carolina Career College through repeat engagements.
Network Forensics and Certification Training
Cyber Synergy provided on-site instructor-led Wireshark training to students on the military installation at Hill Air Force Base. The classes were structured to provide the skills essential to perform network analysis for troubleshooting and forensics. The training ensured the students’ capability to demonstrate competence troubleshooting, as well as, optimizing and securing a network based on evidence found by analyzing traffic captured with Wireshark. Our team also provided CISSP and CompTIA Cloud+ training for a cadre of civilian contractors tasked with performing network analysis for the 75th Air Base Wing (75 ABW), resulting in an 88% certification passage rate for participants. After the completion of training, via an anonymous survey, the instructor received a rating of 4.86/5.
Cisco CCENT and Cisco CCNA
Cyber Synergy designed and developed a fully customized intro to networking using cisco equipment . These course are the first step toward achieving CCNA certifications in routing and switching, network design, network security and wireless networking, enabling students to work with medium-size enterprise branch networks with more complex connections. The CCNA exam built upon introductory topics and explored advanced topics such as Awareness of programmable network (SDN) architectures, Expanded VPN topics to include DMVPN, site-to-site VPN, and client VPN technologies, Increased focus on IPv6 routing protocols, configuration, and knowledge, Understanding of cloud resources deployed in enterprise network architectures; Knowledge of QoS concepts
Career Development Training
Cyber Synergy provides training that focuses on developmental skills within the divisions and offices at CSR and NIH, to enhance collaboration, teamwork, accountability, and consistency. Cyber Synergy designs and distributes a customer-tailored professional development training curriculum, including classroom sessions, and identified opportunities for process improvement with quantifiable and strategically aligned results.
