Established in 2019, CSP Solutions, LLC (CSP Solutions) is a Joint Venture (JV) formed from the parent companies Cyber Synergy Consulting Group, LLC (Cyber Synergy) and IP-Plus Consulting, LLC (IP-Plus). CSP Solutions is a Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) certified entity.

Since inception, the JV members have worked closely to deliver the highest level of support historically provided to each member’s customers.

A Joint Venture is an enterprise owned and operated by two or more businesses or individuals as a separate entity (not a subsidiary) for the mutual benefit of the members of the group. Joint ventures can be either incorporated or unincorporated and may be either populated or unpopulated. A populated joint venture has actual employees, whereas an unpopulated joint venture subcontracts the work to the venture partners for actual contract performance dcaa.mil.

CSP Solutions is an “Unpopulated Joint Venture”. The JV serves as a vehicle by which the founding member companies can collectively serve as the prime contractor, with each JV member performing work with its own employees.

GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC is a competitive multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity set aside contract vehicle for small businesses that participate in the Small Business Administration 8(a) program. It provides all federal defense and civilian agencies with an efficient, flexible way to order information technology services and solutions worldwide while accruing 8(a) socio-economic credit.

GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC features pre-competed, easy-to-use contracts, a low user fee of 0.0075 capped for large orders, short procurement lead time, and limited protest ability in accordance with NDAA 20XX. GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC acquisition team provides no cost training and support. GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC provides support for all current IT and new technologies which may emerge with technology advances over the life of the contract. Supported IT services and solutions include systems and applications, infrastructure, systems integration, information assurance, and related training and program management.

Directed task orders up to $4.5 million justification each are allowed for Federal Civilian and Department of Defense activities.
